GetGrowing Hunt Club will be joining City Councillor Riley Brockington’s Earth Day event this Saturday, April 18th at Hunt Club Riverside Park Community Centre. Come find our booth between 11am and 3pm to chat with us about the program, backyard gardening, or growing food in the neighbourhood — we’d love to see you.
Seed Exchange & Donation Table
Bring your leftover seeds to donate or swap! Please label them with the seed type and if possible, the year obtained. Don’t have seeds to exchange? A small donation is welcome. Seeds available while supplies last.
Workshop & Seminars Signup
Join us for Learn to Grow — a gardening seminar hosted by Noella Bussieres Butler, with guest speaker Mary Reid of Green Thumb Garden Centre, on Saturday, April 25th at 1pm at Hunt Club Riverside Park Community Centre. Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis for those visiting at our booth on Saturday. Interested in future workshops or seminars?
